TrackYaTradie is a project management platform designed for tradespeople. The Service allows users to manage projects, track worker hours, manage costs, and coordinate team activities through our mobile application and web platform.

New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. Trial accounts are limited to 3 workers. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
Paid subscription plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Pricing and features are as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TrackYaTradie and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACKYATRADIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
