Refund Policy

The short version

If TrackYaTradie isn't right for your business, we don't want your money. Every new subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee - if you're not happy within 30 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no hoops, no "retention specialist".

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

The guarantee covers your first payment on a new subscription (monthly or annual). To claim it, email support@trackyatradie.com within 30 days of that payment from the email address on the account. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.

You don't need to give a reason, though if something didn't work for you we'd genuinely like to know so we can fix it.

2. After the first 30 days

  • Monthly plans - cancel anytime from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't refund partial months.
  • Annual plans - cancel anytime and keep access until your renewal date. If you cancel within 60 days of an annual payment and have barely used the account, email us - we'll work out something fair rather than point at fine print.

3. Billing mistakes

Charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount? That's on us - email support and we'll refund the difference in full, no time limit.

4. Your data is never held hostage

Refund or no refund, your jobs, quotes, invoices and timesheets stay safe. If your subscription ends, your data is retained so you can export it or pick up where you left off if you come back. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled, or request deletion at any time.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service has a major problem, you're entitled to the remedies the law provides, regardless of the timeframes above.
