What syncs to Xero
TrackYaTradie connects to Xero in about two minutes. Once it is connected, a job's invoice goes to Xero as a draft sales invoice, and its labour, supply costs and crew timesheets go as draft bills, so you or your bookkeeper approve everything before it posts. Tradie hours can also go to Xero Payroll as draft timesheets. Nothing is typed in twice, and every draft carries a reference back to its job.

A job's invoice lands in Xero as a draft sales invoice against the right contact - review, approve, send. Business invoices you raise in TrackYaTradie sync too.
Job costs
Labour, materials and supply costs logged against a job sync as a draft bill, itemised. Your job costing and your books finally agree with each other.

A job's crew hours can go as a draft bill with a day-by-day breakdown, and each tradie's hours can go to Xero Payroll as a draft timesheet for the pay run.

What does the Xero integration sync?+
Job invoices go to Xero as draft sales invoices (ACCREC). A job's labour and supply costs, and its crew timesheets, go as draft bills (ACCPAY). Tradie hours can also go to Xero Payroll as draft timesheets. Everything arrives as a draft for you or your bookkeeper to review - nothing is approved or sent without you.
How long does it take to set up?+
About two minutes. Click Connect to Xero on your dashboard, log in to Xero, choose your organisation, done. No CSV files, no mapping spreadsheets.
Is it secure?+
Yes. The connection uses Xero's official OAuth flow - TrackYaTradie never sees your Xero password. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can disconnect at any time from your dashboard, which also revokes access on Xero's side.
Do I need a specific Xero plan?+
Any Xero business plan works. The sync uses standard invoices and bills, which every Xero plan includes.
Which TrackYaTradie plan includes Xero?+
