Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. Changes are prorated automatically - you only pay the difference.

What happens after my free trial?

After 14 days, your trial ends and you can choose any plan to continue. Your data is always safe and never deleted.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No - all plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your billing page with no penalties or fees.

What does "base fee waived" mean?

For the first 3 months on our Smaller or Medium plans, you only pay per tradie - the $200/month base fee is completely waived. After 3 months, standard pricing applies.

Do my tradies need their own accounts?

Yes - each tradie gets their own login to log hours, update checklists, and view their assigned projects. There's no extra cost per login.
